  1. I have used a few swimbait reels including the Daiwa Coastal 200, Tranx 300/400, and Lexa wn 300. Personally I think the coastal is the smoothest although the Tranx comes close. My personal favorite is the lexa, it feels less refined but I do prefer the feel in hand coupled with smooth drag, line capacity, and saltwater protection. I’ve used the reel extensively for the last couple years and have put it through a lot of fish in the cold, driving rain, it’s been dunked in the salt and runs perfectly still.
  2. Baits are all new condition except for the trucha which is very lightly fished. Only trades would be for BGC striper series or Baitsanity TUG. Lot: $250 tyd Deps: $90 Trucha: $90 10” TT: $70 Dash shad: $35
  3. I fish the Ca Delta and chop is often a consideration in my spots especially. What rod are you throwing that bait on?
  4. I’m familiar with the baits, definitely responsible for some SoCal giants. I’ll check them out, being able to walk well in rough water is definitely important. Thanks for the input.
  5. For sale two bait lots. Only trades would be BGC striper series (blanks preferably). PayPal f&f or you cover fees. Hard baits (all new): $170 Softies (mostly new): $90 Everything: $240tyd
  6. Probably should have mentioned I will be using the bait for striper. I don’t think the megadog stacks up too well against a deps huge pencil which is my current go to. I’ll check out the DOC and the smaller megadog. What rod are you using for the 3-5oz walkers? Been using an Irod 804 (I think) but it’s pretty underwhelming for the application. Appreciate the recommendations.
  7. Other than a punker what are some good options for an 8” walker?
  8. Price Drop. 250s: $100 each or both for $180
  9. Bump. Will consider trades for BGC striper series or sly guy 9"
  10. Also have this Finnbait dash shad, basically new, for $30
