  1. I've fished off a rental paddle board a few times. So my experience is incredibly limited. I'd look into the SUP Angler on youtube or facebook and check out what hes got going on. https://www.glidesup.com/products/02-angler also this doesn't look half bad.
  2. Man that's a GORGEOUS trout pattern on that thing! Who painted this? GL with the sale.
  3. That's an awesome catch! Friggen hog.
  4. Thank you all for the info! The beast hook set up was my concern as well from the way I've seen smallies eat bait. I only ever see them choke creature craws or worms. I'll have to look into the line through rig though. I was throwing an S-waver 120 a few weeks ago and caught a couple dink smallies and a few walleye that were pretty decent, but working the action with that much current was inconsistent at best. I'm hoping the mountain runoff has slowed and the water is slower this weekend. I'm going to definitely pick up some sneaky petes though thanks!
  5. Any recommendations on some good entry level multi-pieces to look at? All I have right now is a Trace someone gifted me. I've never weighed any of the fish I've pulled out of the Spokane but this is a general representation of what I catch on larger jerk baits:
  6. I was wondering if anyone has had success with Citizens (or similarly sized soft swimbaits) on small mouth? I've read and heard the hook up ratio on these baits can be a bit of learning curve already but throwing in the smaller opening on a small mouth I'm kind of concerned if this is a good bait for them? Also any recommendations on glides/swimbaits for moving water? I don't fish incredibly strong currents but the Spokane and Columbia up here can get moving at times and I've noticed it throws off the action quite a bit on the current glides I've been throwing (S-wavers, shine glide etc). Any info is much apprecaited! Thanks.
  7. That's some nice looking work man! Go catch something with it.
  8. Super nice fish! Coloring is great on him.
  9. Currently doing a resto on a 1987 16' Bomber Cougar w/ a 50hp Merc and 40lb Minnkota. Stripped it down. New starter/solenoid got the motor running. Just finished the gelcoat restore last weekend. Will be applying protech mat on the decks this weekend and hopefully carpeted by the end of the month!
