Use a little grease stays on pretty good in water apply a little with a toothpick it won’t take much .I actually like the squeak some of my best fish catchers have a nice squeak.

6.2 sly guy is my favorite so far also the Gracely finesse gill is a close second. Just picked up a bc gill haven’t had a chance to fish yet but the swim is killer chops and glides great pretty much suspends in the corners I think it’s gonna get hammered

Welcome seeing that you have a trout I’d try a chop bait like the spro chad shad or like some one said above a Drt klash 9 and one of my personal favorites ms slammer.
