I am new here and read what rules I could find. I used the search bar and didnt find anything. Is there a particular forum and/or official thread around here for introducing yourself? Either way I'd just like to say howdy all. Just caught my first glide bait fish a couple weeks and hoping to learn more and do more swimbait fishing in the future. Cheers!

I have never used a glide bait up until recently. My usual bank fishing spot had unusually clear water so I decided to tie a glide on and try it out. I never thought this spot had many fish until I saw all the followers on the glide. I probably saw 30+ followers in a 800' stretch of shoreline. Needless to say I wasn't able to get them to bite for ish either. I just came to this forum and was planning on asking the same question. I will have to try some of the suggestions in this thread and continue following the thread.

I did the same with a rare megabass color once. Water was about 60 degrees but you bet your ass I went swimming after that thing,haha. Never happen against hopefully
