ThatKidInNY
Finally, after six skunk trips with lost fish and broken dreams I beat the skunk. Caught The Pickerel on my third cast, then went an hour and a half without a bite before landing a smallmouth. Then I broke off two hudds, switched to the magdraft because it was the only softbait I had left and caught three 2-3lb Largies. Caught a crappie on the sweetkiller as well. Still looking for the fish I lost earlier this week lol. Yeah man, I have yet to lose a fish on one. The Hudds I was previously throwing would get bit but I couldn’t keep them pinned. Lost a 5-6 in the jighook last week. Magdrafts have a slimmer profile which is why I think they work so well up here.
