I love it for the work trips I’ve been taking to wisconsin. I use it for an 8” bucca Shad glide, Tackle Kraft gill glide, UFO wake, stray Nugz, and even smaller soft baits. It’s pretty versatile for the lighter weight stuff (3oz and lower) and I’ll be keeping mine for a while I think. It definitely isn’t parabolic, but I’m using straight 20lb invisx on it and it’s been good for hard and soft baits.

it also travels really easy. One recommendation I’d give you is to get some legit ferrule wax for the joints. Mine fits quite snug so the wax helps a little.

The 5 pc aspect scares me a little. Can you really tell it’s a travel rod while you’re fishing it?

Nope. Feels great to me. I’m sure if you used it side by side with a high end single piece you might be able to tell but I think it would be slight, if at all.

Awesome this is the exact feedback I was looking for. Thank you!
