ParkerB
What’s up SU! So this summer I caught my first striper on a strike king mega dog. Nothing big maybe 3 lbs on the Tennessee river. I have since moved down to Georgia on lake oconee which is known for its striper fishing and I wanna catch a proper striper this spring on a big glide or a big spook. So I need some help. Where and when to fish for them. How to locate them without a graph. I have a kayak so I can get out onto the lake also. And any lures y’all recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thanks SU! monkeyonthemoon
I agree with what @BASS_SWINGER said, time on the water is by far the most important thing. Striper move around a lot but higher percentage spots tend to be current breaks, and shallower flats near current. For stripers structure is more important than cover.
