I have several different baits that I have yet to mold. Below I'm going to post some versions of my shad and crappie baits. The shad is 5.5 with tail and around 2oz. The crappie is about 7.5 with the tail and around 4oz. I've been painting shads for the majority of my painting "career". I just did my first what I consider to be successful crappie pattern yesterday. I dont have a mold for a lipped bait so I cut it by hand. I can adjust depth accordingly. Deepest I know of is around 15 feet as verified on live scope.
