Riley201dc
I spent all this time slow creeping trout soft baits on the bottom and never got a bite. Recently I have been swimming them through the water column and been getting some great bites. Who knew trout didn’t just lie on the bottom and barely move lol. Just some motivation for anyone else that found themselves in a similar situation. Loudsplashbassn_
Trout are more active in the winter then bass that's forsure recently watched some trout and bass interact was interesting, the bass were super lethargic hugging bottom while the trout were above them doing circles and chasing jerkbaits Riley201dc

Haven’t tried it in the winter
Swimbaitsrus
I raise trout for a state hatchery. Seems like the colder temps they move more than anything. I think low and slow was for the bass hydrocephalic and Riley201dc
