  1. Been a dry spell for big fish this spring with missed opportunities and heart breaks but finally connected and successfully landed a good one! So stoked for this one!
  2. Agreed great place to buy even better with free shipping
  3. I had a sweaky glide and it was a fish catcher...I would leave it
  4. Hardgill spro chad and toxic wnc are great pond baits
  5. Freak frame on that beast! Congrats!
  6. St-36 size 1 or 1/0 are a good general fit for toxic baits.
  7. Insane! That's not a choke.. she ate it! Deepest hudd eat I've seen! Awesome!
  8. One of my best producing colors... hope you find one
  9. I've never tried the new headcase citizens but has someone tried cutting a slit in the hsrness and super gluing it to the plastic? This may help it last longer and not rip out. It def helps hold the harness and plastic together for the magnums and hudds.
  10. Beast! Beautiful fish! Stoked for ya!
  11. I have the resin acid rat and I think you are spot on. It has a subtle knock as a wake but the crankdown has an aggressive hunting action.
  12. For me it depends on the conditions.. when its windy i like the clack and it seems to draw fish and trigger bites.. when it is calm I prefer less or no noise.
  13. 2 things that have worked for me over the years if I'm not getting the right bites: change your timing and change the location. But of course it doesn't hurt to mix in new baits as well. Try night fishing. Try a wade hoggs and crank it down instead of the G2. Other than that it could be the lake itself that may not have the size/quality fish you are looking for. 25 inch for 6lbs is skinny. If you are catching alot of 5 to 6 lbers only then that lake may have an over population of medium sized fish. Such lakes usually have a few bigger fish and you may spend years looking for that giant one but never get it (i usually see this with smaller lakes/ponds). Look for lakes that are known to have big fish and spend your time learning those waters.
  14. Awesome gesture and an awesome bait! I'm not in just want to give props.
