Cjshmit
Hey y'all, I'm used to throwing hardbaits and have rods designed for that, but I want to get more into the soft baits. I got a couple citizens and hudds but my hookup ratio hasn't been great. I'm also wanting to try to throw some weedless bluegill style baits as spring is getting close. What rod isn't over $200 but has a good backbone and can toss something around 1-4oz? Thanks and tight lines
Efrain
Phenix has their swimbait rods on sale at tw. The ultra swimbait classic mh is perfect for that weight range. The m1 h might be worth a look. brootalititties and Cjshmit

bigpoppabass
Be sure to watch the classic 316 mission fish vid on utube if you have issues hooking up on soft plastics. Simple things like pointing the rod tip at bait during retrieve are covered. Cjshmit
