tsteadyslayin Posted July 4, 2014 Report Share Posted July 4, 2014 Had some really bad luck lately, trolling motor problems, left the battery at the house once, got braid and mono filled up in the trolling motor, just no good. So we were due for something to find a spot in the net. No trolling motor means no fishing for my 10' Bass Buggy. Me and Chris (C_R_TX) headed out for an afternoon extravaganza and were fishing for a while until again another trolling motor problem, I must admit I put my gear through hell and back but. Once I wasted 15-20 mins figuring that thing out i hopped back in the boat and I blasted my 1st cast past a couple of boulders in the water, let her drop and got to cranking, past boulder after boulder and was reeling it past the last boulder and as soon as the FS Gill got to my visibilty, this fish HAMMERED him. She had a fit, and luckily found a spot in the net. Safe to say this fish payed its way past our trolling motor problems. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
