basshole8190
Was born their.. Lived off Duvall street two blocks down from Hemingway house. Islamorada is where the action is tarpon and other larger game fish
flaswimbaiter
The first thing I would do is get a FS or other floating jointed bait in pink or yellow and rip it across the flats for a big cuda. The water is really clear there so any artis may be tough, I would fish the harbor with small baits for tarpon or haed over to the glades for reds and snook. gradycodd
Get prepped for the tarpon migration and rip em! Or like Dave said, let the Cudas drag you around, just don't let em get a hold of any nice baits they'll ruin em
brooks19604
i fish in the keys a lot its only like an hour drive from my house. I'm fishing mainly in islamorada though. I would look into offshore fishing as well as flats fishing.
framedfinalboss
Thanks erraybody! I am looking into getting a kayak here pretty soon. Yeah might have to swap some baits out for out here, just got a HPH. Hopefully a baracudda rips it
