HausW
In a clear water quarry in North Florida... Got into swimbaits and purchased some big swimbaits about a year ago, fished them alot for a while with little to no sucess, so i kind of gave up. About 2 weeks ago i tied on my 8" floating cut tail triple trout late one afternoon and got a blow up on it. Thought maybe it was a fluke, but i went out the next night and went 3/5 on it in about 2 hours after dark, all dinks tho. But i now knew the TT night bite was real. So i kept going out and staying out for about an hour after dark, catching 1 or 2 dinks per night. I knew it was only a matter of time before i found a bigger fish. Last night it happened, caught about a 5 pounder on one of my last casts near the ramp. The sound of the explosion in the darkness is like nothing ive ever experienced. Im hooked on this TT night bite now..
