LUV-2-CATCH'EM
What is the best Soft tail floater? I ask this question because I simply cant seem to get my hands on a 3:16 Shad Floater... It broke off during fighting a fish last year and since then I traded the last one I had with the intent to replace but this has been harder than I thought... I know the 3:16 Shad is hard tail but I had modified it... If someone had an extra New or Old I don't care... beat up is fine too... Bone/Resin is my preference...don't care bout paint condition... So what are my options on the market? I have a 9in Slammer but I'm looking for something in the 6in range... other than a wake bait Got'em coach has a floater and TT has a floater...but I have never thrown those or heard much Jointed body with shad or semi shad profile...there has to be something Thanks in advance for the help! dominioncaster
Mattlures hardgill floater. If this is something that you think might work for you let me know. I'm pretty sure i have one you can borrow to see if you like it before you pursue buying one. LUV-2-CATCH'EM
csparrow12
TT floaters are sweet
derds126
Cut Tail Triple Trouts are good subtle presentation but can be ripped and twitched as well. I really like the bait. You could also check out the JSJ snack size floaters kind of a similar action but a little more aggressive. biggfeast
8" TT cut tail floater landed me my PB so it definitely works in my book. Thats what i would go with for a soft tail. I personally have been throwing the FS Shad and Gill Floaters a ton now and having tremendous success as far as numbers go. Nothing over 6 with them thoigh.
