Hhunn
Looking for a decent paint job. I don't expect anything pizz level, and I don't really want to pay 6 bucks an inch. Looking to have my 8 inch triple trout and possibly my 9 inch slammer repainted. Can anybody do that and not charge me out the ass for it? Thanks. northeast_trev
if you're concerned about paying for a paintjob, maybe try some high grit sandpaper and a can of spray paint. Then clear. you've gotta remember that you aren't just paying for materials when you have Pizz, Cory, Baitwerks etc paint. You're paying for their time and expertise. oh and is that the infamous TimMccaulife sharpie slammer? bigpoppabass
Been having alot of success with beaten up lures using rustoleum glitter paint. I recently painted all of my nates after it worked on other baits. Very forgiving and restores flash to baits. It would look great on that tt. bassing305

That's about the going rate for any custom painters. So, go get some hobby store paint and some auto clear coat and go to work. At the end of the day when you spend on the mats, you'll be spending the same for custom paint. Remember, Time is money. These guys need to make a living too. northeast_trev

Willluvstafish
I contacted Cory about painting 2 of my baits and he said 25-30 a bait and I was delighted to pay. He has them now and I'll post them when I get them back. Look at his work, it's phenomenal. Worth it. BigSlant
Shaunfishon
Those do not need paint. The more chewed up the better. Mossypumpkin, timcauliffe and Pike Mike
