swimbaitman
Went out today for a couple hours, it was cold and windy. Figured Id toss around the pats and negotiator since the conditions looked right but neither of those got any love. Deceided to try a shallow cove at this new pond I recently discovered with the johnny rat. The fish hit right at the bank after I paused to check why my finger was bleeding profusely (decoy quads are really sharp). I looked at my bait and had a fish right under it, gave it a quick twitch and she slammed it. This is the latest in the year ive ever caught a topwater fish here in MA. The fish weighed 3.5 but by the looks of it should have been heavier. Tight lines everyone, Sam MarkH024, fishnchips35, MrBadExample and 3 others
