M4TT
Hey guys, Can you fill me in on which lakes you can fish 24/7 from shore? I know Castaic's lagoon does this but I want to venture south of LA County and start exploring SD/IE. All help is greatly appreciated. biggfeast
No lake in SD, outside of the SD River, allows 24/7 access. They have summertime dates at some lakes which allow Night fishing but usually up until a certain time (11pm~12am). Most night guys here either go to the Bay for some salty bass, the River, or suit up and go on a Ninja outing. IE area (especially around Temecula) has some ponds which you can fish 24/7 as long as you have a license. Would love to hear more about the IE area Edited January 25, 2017 by biggfeast Cadenw16
hydrocephalic
SD river is only good for getting shot at night. Wish I was joking. It's much safer to ninja fish golf courses down there. I spent the first 30 years of my life in SD before just moving to Oregon, shoot me a PM if you want some courses to hit. hydrocephalic
Also, when I was in college, Lake Perris would be open until 10pm. A group of us used to have low key night tourneys there. Big fish in that lake, it's worth a shot. biggfeast, largemouth, M4TT and 1 other

Darth Baiter
Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but Dixon,Poway, and Jennings have night fishing during the summer, as well as Santee Lakes . All have some shore access . Unfortunately again. Only during the Summer though. biggfeast

You can get a decent amount of quality night fishing in during the summer at these lakes. Can also get to lakes before sun is up around 5am and get on the water too.. another way of legally getting some "night" bites
