The problems happen when guys start "tinkering" with the bait, adding different hooks, o rings, etc. Then they can get a little wonky. If Brock sent you a bait that you weren't happy with he would fix and or replace it with zero hesitation. Please message me here and tell me specifics, even if you no longer have the bait/s. I often try to keep improving on my baits every release so there are changes that do take place. I try to encourage guys to buy direct so I can have a rapport with you so I can explain these changes or in some cases what the intended action is of a given bait. If anyone chooses to buy used you can message me here or on social media I normally get back to you the same day. I've always tried running an honest business hopefully I can earn your guys' trust again. I think someone just ordered a wonky sink rate and billed it as something it wasn't. I don't expect any compensation and you have nothing to make right in my book. Your baits catch for sure. mjw2121 Posted November 12, 2017 Report Share Posted November 12, 2017 I should clarify that the only dud bait I've ever got from hiro was purchased 2nd hand and definitely did not have stock hardware.Ive sense bought a few different hiro baits and they all swam great.So I don't think blame goes to the bait maker in my case.
