crappie25
Thinking about getting this reel can it be used to throw big swimbaits
MA Frog Man
Gonna assume you mean ryoga. Depends what # test you're going to want to use. Just a line capacity issue basskickinrednick

gtw7983
The 2018 Ryoga models won't be available for sale in Japan until end of March or early April. If you have one now in the US, it must be the older version that came out almost 10 years ago. The 2018 Ryoga 1520H holds 110 yards of 14 lb line while the 2018 Shimano Conquest 400 holds 330 yards. The Ryoga only has 1/3 of line capacity of the Conquest 400. Therefore I assume it is not ideal for really big bait applications. It should be ok for applications where 20 lb or lighter line is called for.
Angryjohn
I never needed huge line capacity yet but there may be a time. I have a luna 253 and 300 and the 300 is waaaay overkill for my fishing. I got the reel for smaller baits less than 4 oz.
