El_Weruso
I wanted to ask if anyone has ever drilled into the bait to add weight to make it sink. If so how was the action, i want mine to sink and glide but idk if it'll work the same
SethMuffinson
Could always try some lead golf tape/tungsten squares.
Garrett
I would try that before making permanent modifications to a bait
David R
I wanted to try this but with a Meathead instead. Remove the lip and make it a slow sink. It looks like it would the killer action as a SS 3 piece. Anyone ever try this?

Bloodkitty
He made a sinking version. If I were you, I'd see if I could find one of those before possibly messing up the bait. Peteisgood
Use suspend strips first, see the action, spacing and all before attempting to modify the bait. If youre happy with that then go for it, just make sure you seal it right.
El_Weruso
Thanks for the response. I did add weights to the hooks first and got it to be xss and it swam fine just like it swims on the surface. lead strips weren't enough to get it to sink.
