cptshocker
I'm just getting into swimbait fishing and decided to buy a R2S S-Waver 168S in the Lite Trout color. I was throwing it all around a nearby pond and got mostly follows and only pulled in 3 fish all under the 3lb mark. Saw a small school of 4lb+ bass moving and decided to cast it into the school. Ended up hooking 1 of the 4 and muscling it to shore because I didn't want to lose it. I took pictures and everything but did not get a measurement and did not have my scale on me at the time because I was pond hoppin'. It would be great if you guys could estimate/guess the weight of the fish. Not much stomach on the thing but the mouth was pretty big. My guess is somewhere near the 5lb range. Any guesses/estimates are appreciated so that I may figure out the weight of the fish. Thanks, cptshocker

carlsbadbassin89
If you have normal sized hands, I measured it to be about 20-21”. So if you say no belly I’d say 4.5lbs is a safe guess. Beautiful fish good work
