I know the whole world’s been impacted by covid-19 but it’s been surreal here in California and particularly in the Bay Area. I work in the human services field so I’ve been working round the clock since the Shelter in Place order started back in March. I haven’t fished bass since last year but the past couple weeks have been pretty draining so I got out to a local reservoir to unmask and spend some time partaking in an essential activity. Had zero expectations but the higher temps and heavy cloud cover got em biting on top. Landed a small pair but going bendo on a virgin bait was more than enough to recharge the batteries for the heavy work I’ve been doing. Grateful for my health and for these two.
