flaswimbaiter
No big ones today, just a beautiful day to be on the water. Light wind, clear water, great temps, and hungry fish. After two years I finally caught a saltwater fish on my floating 6" FS trout. It has to be the retrieve because today I was using short rips and got two good bites. The first, a big trout, got off and the and second was this 20+" trout in the pic. To make it ever sweeter, it’s a bait I painted myself. After that I missed a huge snook on a punker and spent the rest of the catching small trout, big lizard fish, blow fish and small snook on my glide bait and punker. flaswimbaiter
Those blow fish are a pain, I have caught a bunch because they are super aggressive. I can’t fish hudds in saltwater because of them, they take little dime sized bites out of them.
