It was just cleaned and greased, and fished with this morning to make sure everything is 100% and it is. First, read this: 100% transparency. The reel doesn't work for me and it is priced accordingly at half of msrp. Like I said, I tore the reel down, cleaned and re-greased everything and its back to being nice and quiet. I fish daily in salt water and instead of me ruining this reel in the next few months I am going to sell it cheap and get another 401.
