    Found some open water in Massachusetts! Lot of Places still locked. Guys still Ice fishing. Feels great to be back out fishin. Been a few weeks. Had a few good whacks! Missed a good fish on the new cooper b8s miner glide. Got 2 fish on the Real Preys. Biggest was 3.5 on the 5.5 inch chaddle tail. Stayed for night bite got one on the new Sherpa. IMG_1637.MOV

    After fiddling around with a couple different baits, I decided I wanted to really focus on just one and tweak it to perfection - I call it the “Gillionaire” wake & crank. Just mailed a couple of these down south to some testers. I’m really happy with how it swims and looking forward to fishing them come spring and getting some feedback from the testers.     id stay away from anything 13 fishing, especially their rods, theres a reason theyre cheap and always on clearance. the daiwa swimabit rods are great entry level option as well, i had the xh, was pretty fast action and stiff but did what it was needed to do. Tacklewarehouse usually has some good deals on em, the phenix rods are great too and can be found for short $$

    Hello, Up for sale is an excellent condition 7.1 Bantam, left hand retrieve. I would rate this reel 9.5/10 with zero scratches dings or signs of wear, this reel was very well cared for. Only 1.5 months old and used a handful of times in freshwater only. Never abused and runs perfectly. Comes spooled with fresh Sufix 832 40lb in the coastal camo color. All box, papers and original oil is included with the sale. I am new to the community but am a completely legit, responsible and responsive seller, I have completed 3 successful transactions on the site so far, so references can be provided if needed.     I missed out on this drop, I’m newer to swimbait fishing and only have 5 glides as of right now but would absolutely love to buy one of these or a similar color as my first wake bait. If anyone got an extra they’d sell for retail or close to it, I’d really appreciate it!

    Gonna put my vote in for a Yeti Hopper soft cooler unless you’re using it for more than the day or just want a hard cooler. They are very versatile, keep things plenty cold. I’d also recommend buying a couple different sizes of the ice packs, either yeti or something similar. They add to the versatility and convenience. if you are set on a rigid cooler though, Yetis are nice but really heavy, Engels are another good option. And don’t overlook the Engel dry box styLe coolers as well! They keep things just as cold, last just as long, just don’t have that same fit and finish as a yeti.

    I’d also vote for a Yeti hopper, I never thought I would like them but had the opportunity to pick up a hopper 30 new for $100 a couple years ago and it has become my favorite cooler, anytime I’m fishing tournaments in warm weather I’ll put 20 pounds of ice in it with a couple drinks and use it to ice down my livewell throughout the day, it’s easy enough to pick up and pour ice straight into the live wells unlike the hard coolers which can be super heavy, mine rides right in front of the co-anglers feet and doesn’t seem to get in the way... I’ve also flown with it as a checked bag to Canada before with all my tackle inside and stuffed a couple deer shoulders in it when my other coolers were full so they are definitely rugged
