  5. Sounds good thanks. Keep up the great start to the season.
  6. Nice work @Doomlurker and @CaliBassin we had a rough opener here in Southern Ca. Birds haven’t been pushed down here yet. Luckily got to start the season in Alberta in the middle of Sept which was unbelievable. May be up in Klamath middle of Nov @CaliBassin. Great place to shoot
  7. I’ve got both the 4 and 6 gears sitting in my reel box. Was planning on buying 1-2 other conquests to do it but the model change kind of screw that up
  8. Of all the shops I think we saw 1 TK or K9 and it was at a second hand shop. Stock is low over there too
  9. Nothing big but in the short amount of time we had to fish I got this one. This was on the south shore of Biwa. Sounds like later in March is a better time to be there.
  10. Quickest way to find the tackle shops Where you are is translate “fishing” to Japanese. Then open google maps and search near you. There are tons Let me know if you need anything else.
  11. @Bruce went to this one and said it was good. Lots of high end pre owned stuff https://goo.gl/maps/Zjt1Ph6H1ScfExqa7

  13. Lots of bank fishing along the south shore of Biwa. We stayed at the Biwako hotel and there’s tons of access all around it. No matter where you go around Biwa you will find people bank fishing. No license is required Depending on when you’re there in March Keep Cast is in Nagoya on 3/14-3/15 and is a great event. Actually putting together plans to go back for it again. Easy to get to from Tokyo via train and is sort of on the way to Kyoto Tokyo shops: #1 Village Door then there are a handful of Sansui shops depending on what part of town. Tackle Berry and Tackle Island are also good VILLAGEDOOR ヴィレッジドアー 13-13-15 Yukigayaōtsukamachi, Ota City, Tōkyō-to 145-0067, Japan +81 3-6451-7341 https://goo.gl/maps/xLrvPiUuRufJAkPcA Kyoto: Very close to Otsu/Biwa where tackle shops are much better.
