THat was Spiderwire?!?!? I know somethings dont work for others, but if it can hold up to the abuse Ceaser puts it thru it has to be legit. Im not a big fan of it myself, a bad experience along time ago, but as a "cheaper" option I would reconsider it after seeing him put it thru the ringers. Putting screws to fish would be an understatment. Dude had me thinking he was gonna snap his rods in two the way he was setting the hook, bent his 3x jig hook like it was a mosquito hook. Ive got another buddy that uses the lighter pound Spiderwires for some of his soft plastics and he likes it as well. With that being said I am a big fan of both Suffix braids and havent found a better braid yet. This stuff stays round and cast a mile. Like he said...to each their own.

The way the eat the Rising son MOST of the time I use a reel set. Not a bait I personally feel the need to "swing for the fences" with. They eat it, steady pressure those hooks penetrate, baits slides up the line, and keep on em. Much like a trebled hard bait, and the way the tail collapes they usually get the whole thing even if the bait isnt sliding up the line. Like mentioned could always be smaller fish. Everyone has their preferences though. All my possum fish have been on straight retrieves, but I get a ton of follows when I twitch and walk the hell out of that thing. That head starts darting and that big tail swings and it looks killer in the water. Keep playing with it.

Killer bait for me man.... I usually trim the 6inch tail further back, just about to where the lines start, as well as the 8 and u can get a much cleaner looking attachment. Looks good though man, and the swim is what matters anyway. Cant wait to play with some 8 inchers.

You got a sterring wheel bro? Ceaser and I got some footage mounting mine on his sterring wheel using the gorilla pod. Actually wrapped the legs around it. Looked pretty sick actually. Those Gorilla pods are super versitale. Even had it sitting on his passenger console. Both gave some sick views of the angler but still high enough to see the water in front of the boat. Good stuff Spead. What did you use to edit or convert it to get in on youtube?

LOL.....touche sir. Well played. They were certainly "having at em" some of it was pretty funny. Fish is a toad either way and almost surley would have topped the lake record at 15.
