    I'm gonna buy a hardgill, anyone have a color preference? I was thinking the pumpkin seed or the green sunfish. Would you suggest the baby Hardgill or the regular and then 2 joints or 3 joint model?

    Luke no problem using my old Slammer, WT Musky baits pool table picture, times have changed the PT is now a rod rack and most of my bait are placed on the wall unless there in my bag and YES all my baits get worked some harder than others. Jeez I thought my old man was bad about having an over abundance of rods and reels. Your collection is IMPRESSIVE!

    I felt sorry for the poor fish, it felt like he was frozen the entire time I held him.

    Went out this afternoon for about a half hour. I snagged this shad I had 4 fish follow my bait right up to the rocks. I couldn't tell if they were Largemouth, Smallmouth or Walleye. Right before I left caught this brokeback Bronzeback

    Since I'm a newb as well, my go to wakebait has been a Jackall Mikey. I got it because I was available in my area without have to wait for shipping. It has produced quite well for me, nice action and hook ups have been very good as well.

    I'm not sure what strain are stocked in that pond, I have a feeling they are the Florida/Northern Hybrids?

    Lots of grass, max depth 9ft fairly clear water, and it is stocked yearly, only fish in there Bass and Sunfish. Biggest fish to come out of it as I was told was 8 pounds. It was so grassy the guy who runs the grounds had the pond sprayed because it was over run with grass. However, since the spraying the amount of fish I have caught has gone down. But the Quality of fish has gone up.

    If you look on the FLW angler profiles Roland's son Scott's favorite lure is a swimbait. Guess he doesn't listen to his Dad either.
