    To put things into perspective, he has nothing to lose whereas I have everything to lose. While I do want to tell him off, I feel like to need to show some restraint in my emails. The last few emails, I've been short with him.

    Hey SU Fam, It seems like most of you who have pending order are in my position as well. I ordered my TrickTrouts in late 2020 and continue to get strung along as to when the baits are expected to be shipped. I’ve kindly asked him to return my money if he simply cannot fulfill my order. Instead he sent me a tracking number and said the bait were going to ship out in the beginning of August. It’s now the end of August and no package was ever sent. Thoughts on what I and others in my position should do?

    I sent him $650 for two TrickTrout on Dec 30, 2020… This is the last time I heard from him: Hi Andrew, apologies for the long delay and lack of communication. I am quite a bit behind on all TrickTrout orders due to a number of setbacks. I will have a label printed for your order this evening with tracking. New eta for your order is Friday 12/3. Thanks for your support and patience!
