He actually came through the other day.

I just got my money back as well… slowly but surely!

To put things into perspective, he has nothing to lose whereas I have everything to lose. While I do want to tell him off, I feel like to need to show some restraint in my emails. The last few emails, I've been short with him.

Still no refund...

Hey SU Fam, It seems like most of you who have pending order are in my position as well. I ordered my TrickTrouts in late 2020 and continue to get strung along as to when the baits are expected to be shipped. I’ve kindly asked him to return my money if he simply cannot fulfill my order. Instead he sent me a tracking number and said the bait were going to ship out in the beginning of August. It’s now the end of August and no package was ever sent. Thoughts on what I and others in my position should do?

Hi SU Fam, Have any of you had challenges with your Hyper Trout order? I haven't been able to get a hold of Andrew since November and I preordered my baits over a year ago. He's shared with my that their were delays, but he'd send me a tracking number first week of December. After reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard from him. Do you have any suggestions on how I can kindly follow up besides spamming his inbox via email and IG? Thanks, Andrew
