I have the 6 inch and it swims pretty good, especially for the price but I have read reviews that said they are very inconsistent from one to the next and only about one out of ten swim good. I haven't caught anything on mine yet but probably because I have only fished it one time and I don't have any confidence in it

Awesome fish. Thanks for sharing and congrats.

I am a proud owner of several guns as deer hunting is my second favorite hobby and I conceal carry. I am the third generation owner of some of my guns and I wouldn't sell them at any price. It's a Family Tradition to own guns in our Family.

9 inch definitely.

Merry Christmas fellow swimbaiters.

Nice looking feathered trebles. I have just started making my own also. I have been experimenting with marabou and saddle hackle feathers together. They look pretty good but they are kind of bulky and I am worried they will affect the action of my baits.

Does anyone know of some good Digital scales?
lurejunkie replied to Carterdale's topic in The Underground
The Brecknell ElectroSamson Scale is the best scales I have ever owned. Just be careful and don't get it wet. Mine slipped out of my hands and went into the livewell for like 2 seconds and it never worked again. I also recommend a pair of lip grip pliers to go with it. You can tare the weight of the pliers. -
Tackle Warehouse has some Owner, Trokar, and a Gamakatsu Frog hooks available. I ordered some for some of my swimbaits but there are not many size options.

Anybody fished the Real Prey 9" Mega Shad. Any reviews would be greatly appreciated . Thanks

I prefer the Simms Sun Gaiter.

I also recommend the Texas Tackle split ring pliers. I use the orange grip ones for smaller swimbait and standard lure split rings and I use the large ones (green grips) for bigger swimbait split rings. They are available at Tackle Warehouse.

I know it's a long shot but I am looking for a 6 inch wood Lunker Punker in Foil Trout if anyone has one they are willing to sell. I had one that I caught so many bass on and I had my best topwater day ever on only to have a bass break it off right at the boat the next weekend. I have several other newer 6 inch wood Lunker Punkers that just dont catch as many bass like my original Foil Trout one did. PM me if you have one you want to sell. Thanks

Congrats on a giant Virginia bass

Congrats on a big Virginia bass. This very warm Virginia weather has the big girls feeding up in really shallow water now.

Realprey lures are a great choice. They have a good subtle action that works good in cooler water temps.
