  1. Rumor has it the 11inch swims better at a slower speed than the 8. Hope its true
  2. +1 On the megastrike. Smell was gone after a few dabs. Fish still choked it down before i put on the megastrike though...

    SPEEDBEAD - PB

Wow that's a nice bass and a sick background congrats!
  4. Talking about the savage gear.. It's definitely a great bait. Been having a tremendous amount of luck on it from place to place.. None with trout too. Seen the new colors coming out like the dirty shad or hitch. Im surprised everyone's been saying you cant slow roll it. All my fish have been caught BARELY cranking or deadsticking and fish choke it down. Dont miss to many bites and a few of them take off with the bait without me even knowing. One of my new favorite soft swimbaits. I actually like how the floater sinks super freakin slow! Great in shallow water

    MASS swimbait PB

Although I've landed bigger bass they weren't on a swimbait. So guess this is my SB PB.. Only problem is i didn't weigh it. Usually don't like to play the "guess the weight" game, but curious to hear others opinion on what they think.. Thanks SU

    MASS bassin

Went out today on a south shore pond and landed some nice fish! Been putting a decent amount of time in, but nothing to show for except some dinks so today sure cheered me right up. Sorry about the bad quality photos. Cell phones not the best.
  8. Wow i like that warden color. I personally would change the tail to the abalone shad tail.
  9. Considering the 160s being a light bait it does helicopter sometimes depending on how you cast it or when winds in affect. A side arm sweep helps preventing a bad cast. And unless TW stuff aint correct they still have some 200s in the mr. magu color. I'd pick up one myself, but not really a fan of the color. Guess im not the only cause every other color sold out pretty quick on TW
  10. Just curious if anyone's put these to the test yet? Would definitely like to hear some first hand reviews.
  11. Sweet! I've been lucky enough to C@R a bass outta a pond smaller than 4 acres 3 times! and pretty damn sure hooked a 4th. So phooey to those saying C@R don't work!!
  12. Tackle warehouse got a few yesterday.. Still have some in the mr. magu...
  13. oops didn't mean to post that last pic
  14. Hmmm never knew ABT had a glide. definitely interested in one. Heres the only pics i could find.. Says there's 9in long. No idea on weight..
  15. Not being on top of everything with SBs, but had to ask.. I though the magnum baits were not longer in production anymore?
  16. Was that a bladed jig aka "chatterbait"... I didn't know they caught trout lol. Fished those things religiously for a long time and never hooked into one.
  17. Tried the floater at a local farm pond to test out.. Mine suspends right below the surface and can be cranked slowwww. My favorite soft body swimbait ATM although i haven't had much experience in the soft body's yet.. It looks really good though i just hope they hold up to toothy predators around my parts
  18. Yeah they do. I got one of the guys to throw it in the main tank and the big fish seem to like it. You can also get an idea on the action with the lure. I was out yesterday at Canyon Lake here and watched a guy catch a 7.9lber on the moderate sink light trout. that was cool... ! i heard somewhere you can use a floater and put a tungston nail weight in it and make it sink slower almost suspend.... That and adding a heavier hook... BBD recommended that one. Tried out a ST41 and had the bait right below the surface.
  19. Defiantly better up that amount.. Someone will probably snag it for themselves and screw the $30
  20. Just got two 8" silver fish and those rattles are extremely obnoxious IMO.. Im usually fishing clear water, so removing the bbs is a must for me. Anyone else have any suggestions or pics to share?? I would go about it myself, but im a little sketched out on messing around with a new bait. Any and all help is appreciated and thanks for the replies already up. Tight lines SU
  21. Makes me wanna dedicate time into making my own baits
