  1. Hey SU, Couple awesome reels I need to part with unfortunately Gan Craft X Daiwa T3 Mago 8:1:1. Such a unique and cool reel. Perfect for smaller to mid sized baits like the 9" hph and 230 and great for burning baits, makes it easy. Could use a light cleaning and missing the lock washer on the handle but that's an easy find. I bought it like new for 550$ but am asking 300$ + shipping for her. Abu Garcia JDM bigshooter. Again, the lock washer came off, another easy find if you want it. I can't seem to keep them on any of my reels hah. Asking 170$ shipped. Could really use the help gettin these out the door, thanks guys.

  4. Countless, they're not keen on how big they aren't.
  5. There was another post about this somewhere, pretty unanimous, bait is rock solid and a flat out fish catcher. Smack mine into cliff walls and boulders plenty and still haven't experienced a leak in any of them.
  6. Very nice Dan, your pike always seem to be extremely well fed. Keep it up!
  7. Losing them is all relative to where they're getting pegged, can't recall a fish I've lost that ate the bait the right way. But when they get the hooks on the outside of the mouth (common with the mag) you start to run into problems, I lose at least half of those fish if they get a jump on me, and lots come off in the net. All part of the game, but sharpening those jig hooks every trip and running sharp quads on your mags can help a ton. You'd be amazed at how quickly your hooks will dull from bumping bottom. As far as hookups I'd say I hook a hell of a lot more on the hudd then the mag, even though the mag has more hooks. I chalk that up to the mag being a bit beefier and a bit stiffer which makes it harder to collapse in their mouths. I've had days with the mag where I had close to 20 bites from a fired up pack of fish on trout and only hooked one. They love to nip the chin and tail. (My fish are also the biggest pricks in the world, so I'm not sure if that matters.)
  8. POW! That was badass congrats!
  9. They sell rolls of outdoor carpet at home depot for like 20-30$ I believe, that's all I've ever used. It ain't nothin fancy but it definitely works great.
  10. A bit of a glorified Jon, I believe mines a Mod-v 1448 15, running a 25hp Yam and 101 fortrex. Absolute brute and gets me everywhere I want to be without worry of scuffing fiberglass Fishes 1 very comfortably, fishes 2 just fine depending on how many beers have been cracked, fished 3 on it before as well and no one fell out. Very customizable platform if you decide to deck it out, tons of livewell space, front/rear storage and even a good bit of room to recess a trolling motor tray in the bow. I love this rig. Video shows it in the earlier stages of the build but shows a good idea of the deck width and a cool netjob lol lazynetjob.mp4
  11. Will always be my dream boat, looks awesome man I bet you love that thing. Versatility at it's finest
  12. Why does the second video start out with a title screen saying "black president" hahah is that the name of the bait?. It's gonna take me a while to wrap my mind around the whole Japanese giant bait thing. Like I sort of get it but if those guys spent half as much time dialing in their spots with a soft bait as they do "searching" with 20+inch baits I think they'd be hooking and landing a lot more big fish. Maybe I just have zero clue whats going on over there idk. Rad looking baits regardless.
  13. Hey y'all, I need some $ to buy my huge family some christmas presents lol. Selling a brand new in box Garmin Echomap 93sv, SI DI GPS and Panoptic ready, never found a spot for it on my little boat. Also selling my Humminbird Helix 9 SI DI GPS Gen1 that's been used for about a year and a half, has some scuffs and a small chip in the top of the glass, functions perfectly and comes with everything it came with from the factory. Prefer to sell together, asking 1,450 + shipping
  14. I've got the XL beaver and it's like trying to cast out a wet pair of sweatpants. Things a little too much lol. I could see that mini catching some bass tho for sure.
  15. Only ever did the one I think, definitely gonna do a couple more for this coming spring.
  16. The dead sea the last couple of months, good news is it can't get any worse and it's still gorgeous out there, so bring ur camera, prayers and some good luck along with you please.
