I've been in the wine trade for 14 years now! I currently work in a small boutique wine warehouse called Imperial Wine Wholsalers and deliver to most of the hotels on the Vegas strip. Before this, I was the wine buyer for 5 years at whole foods on the Vegas strip. I mainly go for deals where I can and have been fortunate enough to purchase quality hand me downs at a reasonable cost from legit dudes here! I've also gotten into making swimbaits for myself which is also expensive

How fast were you reeling in the rat? From the looks of the angle of the bill, when reeled in slowly, should just create a wake and not dive down. Im in the process of testing out a rat I built but I used circuit board as a bill. I have another build where the bill was just straight and not at an angle and created a very nice wake at a slow- medium retrieve so I did the same with the bill on my rat build. I'm hoping for the same effect with this then again the bill I used on the rat is much smaller! I believe if the bill has a slight angle it will cut into the water creating the lire to dive down where if it's straight up and down with no angle, it keeps the lure on top creating that "wake," effect! Hope this helps and I'll let you know how my lure swims when I get a chance to go out!

Current: the rat and glide are primed and ready for base coat of paint. The large gill was primed and got a base coat of glossy hunter green. I'm liking the flat black on the glide though! Maybe just a light coat of epoxy and say fudge it and fish it that way! Lol! I'm not big on details so I'm thinking out the damn box! This is why it's part of the animated series!
