Slammer - ye ole' faithful Are you able to get the tiny to crank deeper than 6 feet? Looking to focus on the 7-12ft depths with a crank bait this spring. Looking at the tiny or may get a DD slammer

Agree 10000000% with everyone here.... Want to add this tip I opened a bank account ONLY for paypal transactions. The account is also link'd directly to paypal...Whenever you link your bank account with paypal, the whole "paying 3%" is bypassed. Haven't paid a fee for goods & services in 3 years and opened up claims for refunds without an issue during that same time frame. I also like this because I've caught people trying to scam me... (Neil Dootson / Darkside reels.. sorry not sorry for name dropping) insisted I send gift and assured there were no problems.... I never got my reels, never got my bearings... But I did get the money that I sent (without having to pay a fee) Hope this helps anyone in the future with dealing with a scammer.

Some of you may already do this but there was a dude on FB who hollowed out the tail of a hudd and put some "Foam Sealant" inside and a added an additional nail weight in the nose. The bait would dive nose first and once it sank the tail would rise making it seem like the bait was feeding on prey. Gave a nice presentation on the bottom. I tried looking for the post but it has to be a few years old by now.. That and an S waver are my go to winter baits

The previous images are from random trips in the past, here are pics from the lake i fish regularly... The weeds have begun to break the surface even when the water is 10 + ft deep but this lake has lots of drops, some ledges and the back side is basically a cliff. Picture :1 Uphill into weeds I positioned myself with my back against the bank and was casting out into deeper water. I was using my Wake N Crank and added suspension dots to get it down to 3-4 ft. Didn't realize it at the time but the sun was at my back. I was able to produce one decent fish from this weed pile when the bait approached the pile from the deeper waters Picture :2 Finding a sunken tree This was a quick shot I grabbed from going over a sunken tree that I had no knowledge of being there. Wasn't able to produce any fish but marked the location and will def come back later. Picture 3: the drop This is the backside of the lake, 30 ft drop within 10ft. Haven't been able to find anything yet but soon it'll happen
