  1. The Rago rat is the original rat bait to my knowledge at least as far as the modern swimbait game goes. I have an OG and have caught a ton of fish on it.
  2. I had the same exact thing happen and it was a chipped guide eye. It was on the underside and I didn’t see it at first. I kept swabbing the tops of the guides. Try the underside with a q tip.
  3. I love the look of pink baits but I was curious what water clarity they work best in? I fish mainly clear bodies of water. I appreciate any advice. Thank you.
  4. Rest In Peace. Hopefully fishing in a better place.
  5. I’ve been out of the game due to some personal reasons. I realized I never posted the finished product. I wakes well and has a great squeak.
  6. Love the detailed pictures! Thanks for sharing!
  7. So the traveling Slammer arrived today. I’m excited to get out and give it a go. I wanted to post a picture so I lined it up with my Slammer for comparison . Looking forward to posting more pics soon.
  8. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
  9. What a great series of truly insightful videos. Thanks for sharing.
  10. I have an old school Rago Rat and I used it as it came without a split Ring originally, but recently decide to add S.R. to reduce leverage. It seemed to have altered the action a bit. Has anyone had experience with this situation? The reason I asked is I also was fishing it on a 7/1 reel, I'm debating whether it's the ring or maybe the reel is too fast. Any help is appreciated.
  11. Bump. Will consider reasonable offers.
  12. FYI - I'm in the San Fernando valley. Thanks again.
  13. I'm gauging interest in LDC White Label XH 8'6" rod, right hand spiral. I would prefer local pick up in So Cal. I bought this a year ago and have used it twice and it's been stored in it's LDC sleeve. I think it has one light scratch from a hook point . Looking to recoup what I put into it. $360 with rod sleeve, you pay for shipping , if you are unable to pick up. Thanks for looking.
