I researched batteries for while for my Ranger I found the absolute best bang for my buck to be the Duracell’s Platinum AMG! 3 group 31’s at Sam’s less than $600 out the door! If I get 4-5 years I’ll be stocked 2 1/2 so far not one issue! I’ve gone fishing for the weekend when I got home each time and plugged it in the charger I’d have at least 1/3 of the bars still lit. Most importantly no matter what batteries you get make sure they on charge every time when you get home!

Dude Tatsu beyond rock solid!! Absolutely best floro! I use it straight but I put backing on my reels 80lb braid close to half my spool! I have it on 5 or 6 rods from 15lb to 25lb. I’m not a fan of the whole leader thing but if you are 10 to 12 feet I’d say is plenty! Line is super super strong, very limp a unbelievably clear in water and the diameter amazing!! At one time I was throwing big crank baits and big stick baits with the my line frayed just test it out man I was still horsing in 2lb 3lb fish never broke! Of course I’m not doing that with big baits lol! I’ve never had it break on a knot or snap a lure off. Another really good Floro I’ve used so far but not a lot is Daiwa J-Fluoro Samurai really really liking it!

I was waiting for someone to mention these 158’s they are absolutely killers. IMO best on the market I’ve got tons of them!!

I feel you especially of lately on his last handful or so post on IG! I just feel now he’s more about the $$$$$ than love of the sport!!
