I have a small update, all of the pike/muskie I have been catching lately have all been on the very edge of the weed lines also on pretty big drop offs like 5 feet down to 10 feet they will be waiting there for small baitfish come out from the weeds.

This past weekend wasnt the best bass fishing for minnesota, we caught a few here and there, but none of any size. In the begining of the day i was using a 3:16 weedless rising son and after about 2 hours i decdied to switch it up to the jackall gantarel and then i was getting fish after fish the only thing is that. They wernt bass they were northern pike, but none the less they were still fun to catch.

If you have a jackall gantarel. Use that forsure because almost everytime ive used it in the past 3 weeks i get a 10 lb plus pike.

New to swimbaiting, but i still catch em out here in Minnesota. I have been using my gantarel and bd shad alot i was catching alot on them too, but i really wanted to try some new baits out. So i got my hands on some of these rising sons and sure enough these fish eat it. Super nasty day but me and my friend grinded through and caught some good ones.
