I removed all the paint with nail polish remover, and tried too paint the outer skin. I wouldn't really say I prepped it.

I have a deps 175 that I ordered on ebay from japan. The paint pretty much just rubbed off, so I decided to spray paint it all white. It's been almost two weeks now and the paint still isn't dry. Any way I can fix this?

I would definitely fish with a lighter line on the 175, I either run 65 lb braid to leader or straight 15 floro. Anything heavier than 15lb diameter really tends to kill the action. The og's swim pretty good on a straight retrieve, haven't had any experience with the new ones though.
