Yup. same rod but one is about 4" longer. Measure yours and if you want to mix it up let me know! i have the shorter handle.

Hey guys, I have a Dobyns 867 rod with a regular sized handle (20.5") that i want to trade for the oversized 24" handle. My rod is in like new condition, picked it up last month and fished it 3 times so far so looking for something in similar condition. Im in california. Looking for the 867 rod only (no 806, 807, 908s..)

Has anyone tried slinging hinkles or mothers on a Phenix 909XHJ? This is my yellowtail jig (iron) rod. It’s rated 30-80# with a fast action. If you have an experience I’d love to know, thanks!

This pretty much sums up today. Haha i went to Los Vaqueros today. Didn’t mind the rain but the wind kept the boats off the water so i fished the banks on the south east side of the reservoir. Nada. I drove up to the north side and fished the steps. It was my first time here so kind of shooting in the dark. Had one 3lber follow my swimabait to shore but that was it. cant wait to check out the lake when the waters warmer and on a boat. Fish count for the day, a big fat zero. And lost two hudds too so that freaking sucks.

Hey SU, Not sure this is the best place but has anyone removed ALL the paint from a deps 250 cover? I know there’s videos of a guy who uses acetone to remove some but not sure if that would work on all colors. ( Im looking to make a completely translucent deps. Or if there’s a factory color way that might be the closest please let me know. Thanks!

I'm looking for blank swimbaits for a project. I tried digging around the internet and the forums and have only been able to find smaller swimbaits (~5") I'm looking for a swimbait in the deps 250 range, shad or trout, doesnt matter. If youre a lure builder and have some blanks or some defects i'd love to connect. I need 3 identical or close to identical baits. This could be a pretty fun project... Let me know
