  1. Look at a Nucanoe Pursuit, it has horizontal rod storage, is, big and stable, but still paddles well. You can also add a trolling motor which will be a big help.
  2. Got a 4 1/2 pounder today on a Scottsboro 4” Swimbait, best one I’ve caught this year in a pond in Jacksonville FL.
  3. I have ordered 4 reels in the last year from digitaka, fast shipping and good prices. You will love the 200 DC HG for smaller swim baits, only thing I did not like about the reel was the short handle but that's easy to replace.
  4. I have a Conquest DC 200HG that is a sweet reel, they are expensive but it is worth it to me, it is the smoothest reel I have ever used, and it has a drag clicker, I also have an 17 Exsense which is a good reel, but the conquest is much better, check out digitaka you can get one for under 450
  5. Thanks, I have a few of the bullshad burritos but those look pretty good
  6. Can I ask a dumb question, what baits are those in the top photo?
  7. I have the 904 SWBR, It is perfect for 6" Glides (2-2.5oz), and the 5" Burrito, but it feels a little underpowered with a mag draft on a large beast hook. I have tried the citizen 6 with a beast hook and it does work, just bend the tip of the hook out a little bit, it will work in light cover, but in heavy weeds or brush you will probably want at least a 5 power rod.
  8. Are these sold? How much for the hypershad by itself?
  9. Good luck finding one, those are great reels, however if you cannot find a used one, you can get a brand new one for 395 on Digitaka when they are in stock.
  10. I saw on their website that Kistler has a new rod called the “Big Country” , 7-10 and rated for 2-8 oz lures, anyone have one?
  11. Selling my 21 Antares DC XG, extremely smooth, great caster, never used in saltwater, loaded with 40 lb Powerpro V2. Has small scratch on the LH side plate. You can order this new from Japan for around 700+shipping, I’m looking for 600, I will pay shipping, you pay PayPal fees.
  12. I am fairly new to glide baits, I have thrown a Deps 115, S-Waver 168 and I like them both but they helicopter and tumble on the cast, I have been looking at the ABT Suicide Glide 5.5, at 1.5 oz would it cast any better than the others? Does anyone have any opinions on this bait, pro or con? Thanks in advance for your help...
  13. I go the other way, I use a short leader under 2ft so the knot does not go through the guides, I don’t want to get backlashes,I usually use 50 braid with a 20-25 flouro leader with a 7 turn Alberto knot
  14. Congrats, I’m trying to get a PB on a Hudd this year
