BensBaits
Hey guys I purchased a couple blanks back in September but in classic hinkle fashion perfection takes time. I wanted to know what a comparable (though hopefully much cheaper) glide is out there on the market. After all I do need a good shad glide for the season if I am to be without my hinkle. Lmk your thoughts and if you have any suggestions. Sub $200 would be the benchmark though anything lower than that would be very appreciated! chevro1et
Deps 250, Phoney Shad, 3:16 workhorse are staples. DS Customs, BGC, and Bull Shad Glide all have 8" or larger glides if you're looking to fill the Hinkle-sized void. Whammy
I’ve not used the 9 inch version, but the 7” BGC glide is fantastic, as is the 3:16 Gizzard Glide JacksonF

And once your hinkles arrive you can take the weights off and have a highly reactive glide for warmer water or a killer crankdown with the lips and v tails.
