Dandow93
Hi all, Through this site i just bought a romanmade negotiator. It had some hook rash when shipped, but by the time it arrived it had a deep pin-hole from a hookpoint that buried itself into the side of the lure (3-4mm). How do you go about sealing/repairing minor paint loss on your timber swimbaits? Specific products used for sealing chipped paint would be appreciated. Do i even need to do anything at all? What happens if i dont etc.

Sally Hansen Hard As Nails topcoat or Black Dog Baits has a maintenance section on their website, I believe Jeremy recommends using superglue. brootalititties
Superglue. The liquid kind so it soaks into the wood. Make sure to let it dry out first if you’ve put in the water recently
swimb8bassin512
Bought a new Roman made mother and it developed a crack after the first outing. I hit the manufacturer up to ask how to repair it they said let it dry and use thin super glue.
