Seems like Feb will be the right time but we will play it by ear. I'll update this thread when I know more. Is it possible to have the event at another lake? Just a thought. We can check out other spots if Irvine doesn't end up getting water. Not many other lakes that are centrally located. Perris was the only other that might work. You should start at 930 and end at 4 .
