Rharris918
Hey Guys, Has anyone ever made a line thru Huddleston? I'm thinking about converting one of mine to this method but am concerned that the hook will rip the skin on a cast. Has anyone had success with this method? Tight Lines, Ryan

SWIMBO
The only benefit for a line thru hudd is for guys fish from shore, with the line tie being at the nose instead of on top of the head you won't get snagged as much

Facepunch
I think that a lot of guys are just scared of anything that is new. Bait makers may have a vision and what they build may work great, but there is always room for improvement... There have been some big fish caught on suspending hudds. The deps really needs tuned also. Ken didn't ever want to build the 68, but had to after the sasquatch rig was so successful. If something doesn't fish the way that you want, mod it until it does. Who knows... Ken may see a ton of people catching fish on line throughs and decide to make some.
NorCalGuy
Facepunch You make excellent points, especially regarding the evolution of the 68. Anyone who fishes Ken's baits for free is going to tell you they are the ish right out of the package but that doesn't make it true.
