Adam Cargill
They aren't Man-sized Fish like Greg catches, but there has been a lot of them. Lol. I had been catching a lot of fish on a Shellcracker that I markered because the majority of the paint chipped off the tail section. I left color on the Pec Fins, Mouth and a little on the Belly of that Bait. When I got the Herring, I thought it was too Red. I liked some Red, but not the whole bait. I fish mostly at night after work anyway and I have a ton of confidence in the color black. I had a brand new Fine Sharpie sitting on my Desk, so I went to town. Lol. Good to see everyone here, Adam Cargill
flyforfish21
Interesting idea. Think outside the box and you may be rewarded with a plethora of fish... Nice Fish Adam! Geoff
BIGSTEVE
Good work Adam. With throwing swimbaits i've noticed it has a lot to do with confidence in the bait and that will catch you fish. And if it takes you to mark up a bait to make it work for you, go for it!! That's rad man keep it up. Love the spot in the pictures also
flaswimbaiter
Those are some nice fish and that bait looks sweet regardless of how you colored it. I like to customise baits like that all the time, I really beleive it can give you an edge.
Mobassman
The bait looks great. Apparently, the fish think the same!
kpmob1
A touch of a sharpie catches fish! Sick.... looks good. Since the delta demon looks BRIGHT in stained water what does it look like with the modification you did.
Adam Cargill
Thanks Ryan, I have only fished it in the Day twice. Lol. It was still very bright, but only in a few key areas: Tail, Fins, Lateral Line and Head. By leaving the Original Scales the bait also has "counter shading". Darker on Bottom as opposed to top. It stands out everywhere, to a Predatory Fish. IMO......................... Does any of that crap really matter to the fish though?
