Please sign up below so that we have an idea on how many people will be joining. Location: Dixon Lake Address: 1700 La Honda Dr. Escondido, CA 92027 Date: 11/28/2015 (may move to 12/5 since 11/28 is Thanksgiving weekend, if more fitting for participants schedules. Please provide your input on this below. Dixon's first trout stock is planned for 11/24 per their website) Time: 6:30am-2pm (gate opens at 6am) - we will pick a spot by the dock to meet at 2:30pm to announce winner Entry fee: $20 in cash prior to start (parking fee, permit fee, and boat rental (optional) will be paid by each participant) Prizes: - Winner takes entire cash pot - BNIB Gan Craft Jointed Claw Magnum 230 Floater in Secret Purple colorway Rules: - Biggest fish caught on a swimbait wins. Fish must be weighed on a digital scale only with photos/video for proof, similar to SUB. - Dixon does not allow private boats, tubes, or kayaks however there are boat rentals available on a first come first serve basis. Plenty of shore access and fishing docks around the lake as well. - No CA fishing license required for the lake, however please make sure to purchase fishing permit. - All participants must follow Lake Rules and Regulations. Check their website if you have any questions. - All members are welcome to join This isn't anything too serious or formal. Just want to plan something where we can meet up in person and do what we love. I hope this could be a fun event we can plan a few times a year so that we can meet up and have some fun competition.
