Lucid_Dreams23
I usually stay away from Dixon on the weekends, its a total zoo. But if you're there at 6am it usually isn't a problem getting a boat. I'll get down in a row boat if I have too. biggfeast

Dixon is having their trout derby on 12/5 so that looks to be the worst weekend. jdhudsonoutdoors

biggfeast
For now we are still on for Saturday 11/28. Please provide your input/vote if we should bump it down to 12/12 to let the trout madness die down a little bit... I'd like to fit in everybody's opinion as much as possible Here are a couple suggestions: 1. Make sure to get to the lake early (5:30am or earlier) to increase your chances of getting a boat. Typically, there will be a line at the gate before it opens. The earlier you line up, the higher your chance to get a boat. 2. Those who purchase the boat rental can offer other participants to join them if they would like when we meet prior 3. Planning to release a code the morning of the shootout on this forum and will inform everyone in person to eliminate the use of any prior photos from the lake (similar to SUB).
