sooperb8
I am sure I will get bashed for even asking this but I didn't know the answer so I figured I would ask. I see them for sale all the time being called a "OG" but had no clue what that meant. Help me out guys! Thanks ISO_the1

sooperb8
So is the foam 250 supposed to be better?
thedonnguyen
you can also adjust the hinges on the OG 250's while you can't on the new 250's...trust me basskickinrednick, Nateraz, gradycodd and 8 others
biggfeast
So is the foam 250 supposed to be better? I don't fish the 250s much myself, but my brother does and he has both. Seems like the "OG" ones sink a little quicker than the new plastic bodied ones, also seen many folks on here say the same. Beauty of the 250s compared to other glides is that you can adjust the bait somewhat with the lead internal weights.
Get_Biggens
Plastice vs foam, good vs really really good. Honestly the OG's (which in most cases stands for original gangster which applies well here) are just flat out better in every way
JAYfromMA
The best thing the new models did was drop the prices of the og's, now they're attainable at $

swimbaitallday
The og foams are more buoyant than the new abs plastic ones, more buoyant material is very good for glide baits

basstastic27
Do you disagree? i haven't got around to fishing the new ones yet but with a statement like that you should at least back it up
igl00jx
The weights are shaped differently between the new and OG. The new are wider and longer just a smidge.
b8thrwr
the plastic ones can can crack... weather it be from heat, impact or what not they will eventually split at the seams and fill with water. ive got some pretty decent dents in my foam ones from rocks, docks, etc. and they still perform flawlessly Get_Biggens
